Already during the 12th century, lively business has been developing here, ensuring economical prosperity of this important European business crossroads. The nowadays state of the Tyn courtyard has been created after huge fire in 1689 by architect Mr. P.I. Bayer.

How to find this hotel in Prague
- The A-underground station Staromestska (Old Town), passing through the Kaprova street, across the Old-Town Square and passing through the narrow street nearby the Tyn Church into the Tyn Court-yard behind the church.
- The B-underground station or tram station Namesti republiky (Republic Square) by passing around the department store Kotva into its second entrance on the opposite site, then further continuing into the Jakubska street. At the end of this street, you will enter the old gate into the Tyn Court.
- By car: drive from the Moldau river into the Revolucni street, pass the traffic lights directly straight to Dlouhá street and follow until you reach the big department store Kotva on the right side of you, turn right, as if you were driving into the parkhouse, but continue around and follow the street into its end, the turn right to Rybna and immediatelly left again, into Jakubská street. At the end of this street, in front of you, you can drive in through the gate into the Tyn Court-yard.
